Delivery

All online orders have a £3.95 charge for delivery in the UK. Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class or Parcelforce Express 24. For orders over 20KG in weight, there may be an additional surcharge of £3.95. If this is necessary, we will contact you beforehand to confirm.

We normally dispatch orders Monday to Friday and will make every effort to dispatch orders within three working days. Please allow up to three days for orders to be dispatched, particularly if orders are placed on a Friday.

Store Collection

Food bought online may be collected at the Bicester store the next day after ordering. When checking out, enter your email and address and then select ‘Collect at Bicester Store’. Opening times are 10-5.30 Monday to Saturday and 10-4 on Sunday. There is no charge for store collection.

Defective Goods & Returns

We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean and orderly store, monitoring shelf life and storing food to high standards. However, if you are unhappy with your order, please contact us explaining the issue and we will work to resolve it. 

If your delivery is damaged, incorrect or has missing items, please Contact Us immediately with your order number and details about the damage or missing items. We will then work to resolve the problem either through a replacement, return or refund.

Please note that we can only accept the return of non-perishable items. All chilled, fresh and frozen - perishable - goods are non-returnable. 

Please make sure you take the time to select the correct item, weight and quantity during your initial order to avoid any returns. For non-perishable items you may return these items up to 14 days after the date of delivery by notifying us in writing using the Contact Us form. Returned items must be unopened, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Normally, where there has been a change of mind, we will charge for returning these items. On receipt of returned non-perishable items we will inspect the packaging and may charge for any items that do not meet our high resale standards.

Refunds will be issued within 30 working days to the card used to pay for the original order. 

Cancellation

To cancel an order before dispatch you must notify us within six hours of receiving your confirmation email. Orders cannot be stopped once your package has been dispatched.
